Its a small store, but they are expanding to a new building soon.

This dealership reflects the area, which is to say - don't expect a deal. If you're shopping for deal, don't bother here. They have a higher profit margin on cars than other dealers in state and aren't afraid to tell you that. If I lived in Ridgefield or the surrounding area, I'd consider buying from them for convenience sake.

Their staff seemed professional, knowledgable and courteous.

BMW Watertown is probably a better choice across the board.

New Country in Hartford has exorcised many of their prior demons as well...

When vehicle shopping, you usually just look around at lots until you find a vehicle you feel comfortable in. I found one I loved at a BMW dealership in Houston.
