Cleaning Chrome Exhaust

Ok, so I have clayed my car, waxed it (3 coats), used back to black (worked well), polished the pilars, waxed the wheels and its looking pretty perfect except for the chrome exhaust - I can't get the baked on black crap off??? Any idea's? Clay didn't work, Mr Magic Eraser didn't work, gas didn't work - help!!

Autosol always worked for me especially on my bikes. But if you cant get that then ask in a motorbike shop they will have the best stuff for that.

Oven cleaner works sometimes, but it's a gamble to use it.

The best I have used (and the biker group also swears by it) is 1Z Chromephledge.
I have even removed the black and blue from an old space heater when testing!!
I carry it in singles or cases and only $6.99..., it really works

Hope this helps...

That's the best product. Most car shops sell it. I think Halfords does also. I used this on my old E46 M3 - excellent !!

Michelle,
I will have to take pic's another time. I drove it to a 4th of July party yesterday - ended up having to drive about a mile on a gravel Rd. I just can't keep this thing clean. I was going to post a couple other pic's for you that I thought you might enjoy but I can't figure out how to get them from a disk to this site I tried searching for tips but don't really see any that are helping me.
