You're probably in the right vicinity as Son has an Orange County area code (714). That's pretty good recognition - I doubt if very many people take the time to admire the foothills of Brea and Anaheim, especially since the scenery is spectacularly unremarkable.

Why not get the next east coast BMW gathering to pitch-in and get him and his equipment a fliight out? Everyone gets a (oh wait, I can't say "Rim Job") um... get's their wheels reconditioned and he makes some good coin while having a fun trip.

I don't know him, but if he is a smart business person, it would never hurt to ask him. Heck, maybe someone needs to franchise what he does!
