trim

The black trim on the top half of the clamshell glove compartment is coming unglued and lifting up making it hard to open the box with only two hands. What glue do you recommend. 2008 X5

phil or others, has anyone tried this product sold by Bav Auto?

Aluminum Trim Deoxidizer

Restore oxidized aluminum trim. Simply wet sand using included remover and 2000 grit paper, then use the flow-on applicator to apply the water-based coating. Oxidized look disappears, leaving a shiny, anodized aluminum finish. Comes with instructional video.

ON SALE! $53.95

sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I would say that you would have to go with

Wheels:
P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel
Boar's Hair Wheel Brush
Swissvax Wheel Brush
Adam's VRT (tire dressing)
P21S Total Auto wash for the tires
Uber Clay Bar and Optimum Instant Detail Spray and Gloss Enhancer
Swissvax Autobahn
-----------------------------
Wash:
Uber Waffle Weave Drying Towels
Uber Wool Wash Mitt
Einszett Glanz Shampoo

Paint care:
Uber microfiber applicator pads
Uber microfiber towels
Einszett Paint Polish followed Einszett Glanz Wax

Interior:
Einszett cockpit
Einszett Leathercare

currently how many miles and what is the condition of the car?

Hi Phil,

What would you recommend for a '03 X5 with stained carpet? The carpet is grey, but there are some ugly brown-ish stains from mud that has been there for quite a few years.

I would try one of these two products for the carpet:

Einszett Upholstery Cleaner

or Adam's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner

Hey Phil, I'm pretty close to you and was wondering if Detailer's Domain has a walk-in store? Even a pick-up option?
