Once or twice a month. I've used BMW Leather Conditioner and Zymol with no problems before.

+1 on Lexol... several times a year. It is not expensive at all. My X is 6 years old and the seats look pretty much brand new. No lie.

I use a product called Raceglaze in the UK and I clean and condition my seats once every 6 months.
I've used gliptone before which has a proper strong leather smell which was good. Not sure if these products are available in the US |
