How often do you condtion your leather?

Just curious on how often everyone here conditions the leather in their X5? and what brands of products have you had the best results with and the worst? I use the Zymol leather conditioner 3 times a year in the spring, before summer, and before the winter starts. I love the results with the Zymol although pricey I still get a lot od compliments in my 04 330ci since the seats look new.
