headlight lenses getting dull and cloudy

The headlight lenses that cover the xenons - i assume they're clear plastic - have gotten dull and cloudy over the years. Is there a product that can make them crystal clear again?

i use a little clay bar to clean it off and some lemon pledge to bring back the gloss.

Meguires (spell check anyone) has a lens cleaner that works pretty well depending on how bad the lens is, called PlastiX, like $5
