Windshield and clearcoat

Hi guys, I was wondering if there is any way to repair my windshield. It has all these little marks in it, probably from all the little things that hit it everyday. Is there any way to refinish the glass so its nice a smooth?

I also have some clear coat chipping away on my front bumper by the head light cleaners, is there any way to fix that also?

Thanks!
