Getting in DEEP.........
I'm using Gold Class leather cleaner, conditioner lotion on my black leather and it is cleaning the surface very well........ however inside the grooves of the leather the gunk still remains. It's obvious on black leather, more so than any other color.
What will clean inside the grooves of the leather without scratching or wearing the surface out? Flat pads and microfiber towels are just not reaching in there.

I use a very soft fingernail brush with a mild cleaner (Lexol or whatever) apply the cleaner then rub gently with the brush. Follow up with a damp clean towel to get all the dirt up , then condition and it should look great.

Try a diluted all purpose cleaner and a brush to get rid of that dirt. If you have one, try a steam cleaner to lift the dirt too.

I just wrap a microfiber towel around the output and start scrubbing away. I don't go crazy over the leather so I don't know the side effects of being too rough.
