Advice on waxing a white vehicle?

I did a quick search for this and didn't come up with much so I figured I'd ask. I'm pretty new at this 'detailing' stuff but have always washed/clay'd/waxed my cars for years. I've never owned a white vehicle and am just imagining it's going to be a pain to spot any wax I've missed! Any suggestions or tips?
