no flickering here. i installed mine over the weekend and during the daylight, its not that visible. you could barely tell its on. at night, they're not as bright as i thought it would be. the driver's side was a pain in the ass to do.

they look much better than the OEM bulbs that come with the X5, but I'm assuming that BMW didn't change the bulbs in the 06 to white. I have an 05, and you can see here before and after pics of the angel eyes with the OEM bulb and the iBright bulb.
