so guys for the wiring harness i am unable to provide alot of details on how to instal (sorry RPX5). I used my AiB wiring harness and just did splicing so i don't have to remove everything. basically i think 3 wires run into the ECU. not too sure where they go but you tap into a power source. the rest is pretty basic with grounds, relays, fuse..

maybe EAS or umnitza can better help since they deal with AEs and wiring harnesses on a regular basis?

NO problem. I'll figure it out eventually, or maybe someone who jumps in on the headlights here will be techy enough to write a detailed DIY or atleast describe where to tap into the ECU

I paid about $700 for Depo headlights from Umnitza, and I had to fight in order to get my money back when they kept failing and the AE's weren't the correct size. Plus, there were 2 sets of AE's installed on the headlights, one from the Depo factory, the other (predator orions) that were made for a different vehicle because they didn't fit quite right on my car.

Also, they didn't send a wire harness, and told me to tap the AEs into my fogs for a cheesy Mickey Mouse type of install.

I'll pay $1,000 to not deal with Umnitza.

Gee... and I thought what Umnitza had sent me was the worst. They didn't send the harness to me and said exactly the same thing about tapping in to the fogs.

Eh.. its all in the past now..

Lets look forward. There's a great, strait forward solution here from the vendor listed on this thread.

Did anyone else complete this install?? Any tips for the AE's?
