Pulleys

Guess who is going to get custom pulleys modified for our X5's
So I talked to a company who makes pulleys for the 540i and they said that the X5 will have a very very similair pulley setup and they have had 8-12hp gain to the wheels constant tested time and time again.

Depending on the amount of folks I can get, I'll be able to beat the Kelleners price !

Custom Made Pulleys!
If you want the Powerchip upgrade as well, I can get some money off of that upgrade as well. Like I said, the more folks that get in on it, the cheaper it'll be.

Group buy baby. The more folks I can get, the cheaper they will be over all for all of us.

To get an idea of the pricing, the pulley will be 200$ or cheaper for the V8's. I'll get pricing on the 6's. The ECU will be around 50$ off

I'm zero because I can't get them, my dad won't let me, but I'll organize and run everything though, I find it insanely fun!

I'm going to check tomorrow to see all the cars we can fit this pulley onto.
Also, what information do you need on the Powerchip?

Well, THIS mod certainly voids the warranty, though, right? If that's the case, I'll have to pass on this one.

Kaefer: Only if the dealership can prove that the modification was the cause of the failure.

If your springs go out, they cannot blame the pulleys. However, if your pulley breaks and something goes wrong, obviously since you have an aftermarket pulley, the dealership does not have to cover repairs and you'll have to take up the issue with the company I'm having make the pulleys (who is a big name in the BMW/Mercedes/Ferrari market)

Since not very many folks are feeling the pulley right now, I'll save this GB for later. I need to update my signature to add in all the other stuff I'm working on.
