I doubt it will fit over the existing 4.6 spoiler - are you planning to remove the one you already have on? If yes the bumbers are the same

I do not think it will fit, also you have to screw in the front skid plate , if it is a lease, you will be buying a new front bumper when turning in the X5.
This is a quote from my buddy who runs the bmw collision center .not my opinion, I was going to do it to my wife's 2005 X5 lease until he told me that. |

the skid plate will not fit on the 4.6 because of the lower front spoiler. if you really wanted the skid place you could remove that spoiler and attach it to the bumper. but i think it would look a little weird with out that spoiler.

Thanks thats what I wanted to know, so I will pass on the skidplate I guess its on to the next mod! hopefully some 22" intro forged wheels hopefully by midsummer.
