Have 05 4.4 Need quote for complete 4.8 kit

Hey could you quote me for the 4.8 kit? I do have a few questions though.

Are the 4.8 front flares actually wider, or do they stick out more than the 4.4 front flares?

I do know the 4.8 front is the complete bumper. There is no add on? Or can you add the 4.6 add on to the 4.4 facelift bumper?

Could you please give me a breakdown of all the pieces needed to install the front, both front and rear flares, running boards, and rear add on? If you could give me the part numbers of everything I need and then the cost, I can break it down and see which parts I can order, if I can't afford all of it at once haha. Please let me know.
