Can some one help me to find right navigation computer
 I have a 2005 X5 4.4 lit and I need some help to under stand different MK4 navigation computers. My nav computer has been stolen and I want to buy a new one. I see lot of them on e-bay used or refurbished. But they are different part number from which my dealer ship gave me (about 6 of them ). In discription of all these MK4 nav unit say they are compatible with my X5 , but are previously removed from different Bmrs . Please help me to understand what to buy . Any help will be appriciated .
