Fog Light Position
I need to replace the passenger side fog light assembly on my 2004 X5 3.0. When looking at the illustration at getbmwparts.com, the parts manual shows a right and left fog light. Which is the passenger side? Is the direction (right or left) based on its position while looking at the car from the front, or while looking at the car from the drivers seat?
I searched this forum and read all of the applicable front page items to no avail. As a former aviation professional, I am used to aircraft body positions which are always determined by their position to the captain while flying. I would greatly appreciate if someone could lead me in the right direction. |

In the automotive world, the left will be driver side and the right will be passenger side.
Here is a link to a replacement OEM fog light for the passenger side: http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/...aign=postreply |
