I tried so many sites to order spares from and the only site that worked was the getBMW parts site. HOwever I did pay and now they do not reply to my mails it keeps on bouncing. Do anyone have experience with this company are they Real or only another scam thieves?

Any other mail adresses for these guys please?

I placed an order for some parts from getbmwparts.com over a week ago. Despite all the parts being shown as "in stock" and getting an email saying that in stock parts would ship within 24-36 hours, my order is still listed as "processing" on their site now over a week later. I sent them two emails to the three email addresses listed on their site a few days ago asking what the status was and have yet to receive a response. I also tried messaging them on another discussion board. Their website says you can't reach them by phone, so I have no idea what else I can do.

I was hoping to have the parts by now. Thankfully, they have not charged my credit card yet. I really hope it's not some scam. If anyone knows of a better way to contact them, please let me know. Thanks!

GetBMWparts

CSECSE

Why am I not surprised!! First they could not process the credit card. I could not send the mail as they requested as my mail keep on bouncing back as spam. Why would they need my Identification and card copy as allover the world where I buy stuff also my f250 SPARES FROM THE STATES. Marco Rubber is in the states I buy O rings every week with my card. I never get asked for a copy of my Card. When I yesterday send my card copy the mail did not bounce back! I wonder why? My money is probably been taken! I was a sucker? Any ideas wher I can buy spares on a working site?
I all respect to the sponsors of this Parts forum even their site is not user friendly to order spares. The shopping basket does not accept my orders.

Regards

Kobus

That site says "powered by Tischer bmw". Tischer BMW is a BMW dealer in MD. I once sent an email inquiring about a part and never got response back, so I didn't order from them. Try onlinebmwparts.com. I was able to get in contact with me fairly easily.

I was able to contact one of their people via AIM Messenger at "Jason at Tischer". He said he wasn't sure why it hadn't shipped and would send it out to me right away with Saturday delivery so I'll get it tomorrow at no extra charge. This sounds promising, so I will let you know what happens.

I've dealt with them a few times.
Definitely NOT a scam.. I've probably spent $4-5,000 with them over the past 2-3 years.

its weird that they aren't answering any emails. Jason does post a lot over at www.E46fanatics.com Thats who i've dealt with when I had an E46

Thumbs up

I received my parts order from getbmwparts.com today, as promised. I would recommend contacting them via AOL Instant Messenger if you have problems reaching them - that is what finally worked for me!
