Replacing Stock Michelins w/ Conti's

Looking at trading out my stock MXV4's with some Conti's. I have just bought a CPO 04 and the tires are BRAND new. Will a Firestone, Tires Inc., etc offer money for my Michelins or am I better off selling on Ebay?
