Short term, you just have to be aware the in wet conditions (primarily) the different treads (and tread depths) will shed water and resist hydroplaning differently. One end of the vehicle may be more likely to slide than the other, so be careful in wet and "re-learn" how the car handles as it may not be predictable.

Update...Still no call back from TireRack as I was promised. Today I went to a local retailer who ordered the two tires I needed directly from Bridgestone which will be in on Monday. The same two tires TireRack had back-ordered 1-2 weeks...Scratch that 8-10 weeks. A call would have been nice.

Anyway...I now get to see how quick they respond to a refund. I hope this process goes smoother than the order I placed.

Too bad because my first two experiences were great. The true test of a company is when there is a problem. I hope they take something from this because it caused me great frustration and about $200 extra dollars not counting the $400 of mine TireRack still has.

Oh well.

Further update:

To my surprise I called today for the refund and the customer services person pulled up my order and was unable to find any notes as to my previous calls which meant that there was no activity. That explains why I was not called back despite being told that they were working with their purchasers to try to resolve my issue and would follow up with me as to a solution.

In the days since my order I called the customer service three times and also emailed doc my information asking for help.

Looks like TireRack has some work to do in the customer service arena.

Refund on the fronts from TireRack was pretty easy, now I need to send the rears back so I can go with another brand. The local shop ordered run-flats...This is a nightmare.
