Break Rotors and Pads help please.....

I need new breaks and the entire package per my INDY shop. The price he quoted me is as follow.

""for the front brake pads and rotors and sensor it's the price is $539.18 + tax 2 years 24km warranty
rear brake pads and rotors and sensor 464.12 + Tax.
for the check engine light we have a code for activation, map cooling we think you need a thermostat assy.
I am working on a price for this thing.""

I did some search and found out about Tischer BMW of Silver Spring, they quoted me as follow
