I remember Costco used to give free tire protection if you buy 4 tires from them. Not sure if they still do.

Thanks - tires and wheels are pretty expensive to replace, this provides a way to not lose your shirt if 2 or more are badly damaged. Not sure I'd go for it but hope now that I said that I'm not sorry I did.

You're welcome. I'm sure it's not for everyone. I thought there was a thread here somewhere asking whether the tire protection was worth it so I figured I'd chime in. I couldn't find the original thread though.

They still do. Got a non-repairable puncture about a month ago on tires I bought from them back in December. They would have replaced it had they been able to obtained the tire (Latitudes were on 5 to 6 weeks back-order). Instead, they allowed me to buy that single tire elsewhere (if I can find a place that stock them) and provided a refund for that tire, which I ended up doing.

My E90's roadhazard = 7 year unlimited replacement = $597
in 12 months of ownership:
4 bent rims, 2 bubbled tires and two shredded tires.

Now i need new rears and I have to pay fookin' $600
