toyos or replica rims causing vibration?
I have another thread in the E70 forum here describing this problem not realizing there's a dedicated section for this. I'm at my wit's end with this problem for over a year now.
I've spoken to the replica rims seller (wheelsandcaps) and he thinks either they didn't do the road force properly or my set of Toyo Proxes STs (at least 1) are simply bad. Anyone have such problems with their Toyos vibrating at 60mph-80mph? Other people on other forums are also saying bad tires can cause this. I've found people talking about their Toyo Proxes 4s (passenger vehicle version) having vibration. I'm reading that Toyo has a warranty that I can take advantage of - wonder if I have to prove it's the tires and not the rims. Anyway, looking for other people here with similar experiences with the vibration with their Toyos. Or if the experienced folks here think it's the rep rims even though they are supposedly spinning fine on the machine.
