Will This Combo fit an E53 without Mods??

Will this wheel/tire combo fit an 2005 X5 3.0 without anyother parts/modifications (hub rings, etc)? If so, is the tire combo also ok?

Wheels diameter: 20 Inch
Wheels Width: 9.0 Front and 10.5 Rear
Bolt pattern: 5x120
Offsets: ET.40 Front & ET.30 Rear
Fitment: BMW X5

Finish: Silver Finish

Included: Set of 4 BMW X5 Y Spoke, BMW caps and Nexen Roadian 275/45/20 and 295/40/20
