PBR Deluxe Pads / G2 Caliper paint
While changing the pads I decided to paint the calipers black using G2 caliper paint. No more rusty dull looking calipers. I also hit the lug nuts while they were off. Looks awesome! Ill try and get some pics later today.

Yeah i was wondering what was up with all the break dust less than a week after a wash. Is this normal.

Normal for stock pads. I was washing the truck every few days because of the dust. After 10 days of driving with the new pads, its just showing signs of dust on the wheels.

Painting calipers and warranty
Is painting the brake pads something you'd recommend doing yourself? I'm planning on buying a new X5M and would like the calipers to be red. If I paint them red, do you think this would void service as far as BMW is concerned?
