LPMM is on a distinguished road
Congrats on the wheels
Tires not ideal size, 235/60 is a better match if you want skinny or go 255/55.
Spacers are available through OEM / Performance Parts for Volkswagen, Audi, and BMW - ECS Tuning (sponsor here)
Here is a pic ncx sent me, he runs 30mm (I believe) spacers in the rear.

I checked out the tire calculator and your right the 265/60/18 were way off...

I did find some local tires for sale: Pirelli scorpion Ice & Snow tires.

235/55R/18

Would those just be way to thin for my X5, or would they look ok and be even better since they aren't so wide? Also, where do you find wheels spaces at, so I can put some on my rear if needed.

Thanks
235 are thin. I have 265 Dunlop wintersport M2. I have 30 mm spacers in the rear too.
