Decisions, Decisions... Chime in please.

I'm ready for a new set of tires and I am torn between these two:

Toyo Proxes ST II's

Continental Extreme Contact DWS

I'm running OEM style 87's Staggered and being that I only get about 5 months of real winter in NYC and don't drive the X much, I'm looking for an All Season Tire.

I've read some threads on both, but still don't know which way to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
