Will these rims fit an 03 E53????
My roomate has a black 03 E53 and wants black rims, but his has the 17" rims on it. This would cost almost the same price as powdercoating (plus new tires of course), but he wants black rims, and I figure 18's and these would look sweet. Will they fit??? Also, what kind of all-season tire would you all recommend? Live in CO and its a DD so needs all-seasons. Assuming it needs hubcentric rings, but its a great price for some nice rims that I havent seen on an X5 before. |

They should fit, although the offsets are not quite right. The offsets in your link are et37 for both the 8" and 9" wide rims. The offsets on the OEM 18" rims are et40 for the 8" wide rim and et48 for the 8.5" wide rims.

A 10 mm difference in offset will not be a problem and in fact will look good. For tires you may want to try Continental DWS.
Powdercoating 17in rims is a huge waste of money.
