Anyone else been ripped off by Whitbread Performance???

I placed an order for the reground cams from Colt Cams in Canada, which includes a $500 core charge for my X5d. After receiving the new cams, I sent my core cams to Colt, notified Matt Whitbread that my core cams were received by Colt, and included the tracking number. That was the last email I received from Matt. That was September 28th 2021. I know, or at least heard he's rather busy in the really small town/ small shop that he has so I limited my emails to every two weeks. This went nowhere so in December I filed a claim with the BBB. That was enough to get Matt to leave me voicemail, which I promptly returned. He still chose to not pay me the money owed. He said something like he may miss the occasionl email, which I would believe, but not every email. He was all bent out of shape that I did not try to contact him by phone. Not sure why I need to call at all to receive money owed. On top of that, I'm 3 time zones away, I work off shifts, I have three children under the age of three, and I have limited phone access when onsite due to security reasons set by my employer. I realize now that Matt is not trustworthy and has stolen money from a customer who has placed more than one order from him in an effort to support small business. Maybe he's great at wrenching on cars but he falls seriously short in the sales and honesty department.
