That said, I really don't know who would buy the GT. The new 5 series is a beauty and public reaction over here in Germany is very positive, the X5/X6 also seem to sell well. Not much room left for the GT I'm afraid. It is definetely an interesting concept but I wonder who actually asked for it ?! I have no clue. |

So why do they keep buying the X6 ?
Just kidding... Honestly, I don't have anything against hatchbacks (obviously...I'm German ) but the GT doesn't really fit anywhere in my car world. |

A friend just got back from 3 weeks in Germany and he had a 535GT as a rental car. At the rental car counter they tried to hand him the keys to an Alfa Spyder! Family of four with 3 weeks worth of luggage! They said that is what he reserved, but as compensation they said take your pick from the premium row. He drives an X6 5.0 here in the States, and says the GT drives very differently. It's easy to drive with lighter steering and handling. The X6 drives like a mans car, no offense to you ladies out there.
