Second thoughts?

Having second thoughts of my order for an e92 coupe in Space Gray. I saw it the other day in person and really liked it when I went to test drive it. However, I thought it was a little darker than I was expecting. It was a little darker than the current Silver Gray on the e46 and e60, but lighter than Sparkling/Sterling Gray. Seems like the official BMW pics were all taken in bright sunlight making it seem lighter.

I'm really starting to like the Montego Blue. Kinda lighter (so it seems) than Interlagos Blue (my dealer had an M5 in the showroom), but a tad darker than Estoril Blue. However, I still haven't seen this color in person (only pics) as its introduction is being delayed till October.

Anyone want to chime in on what they feel looks better?

As for interior, I chose Black w/ Aluminum trim for the Space Gray, but would probably to come up with something different if I went Montego (possibly gray or creme).

Judging by the pics, I say blue... but like you said, sometimes colors look different in person than pictures.

I like this color combo as well. Very exotic looking.

I've also decided to put a deposit on the E92 after seeing one in person.

The car is HOT !

I'm going to be going with Space grey though... Montego is nice, but way to purpleish for me (coming from someone who owns a Mystic Blue car...).

Montego isn't blueish like estoril or as purple & dark as Interlagos. I'd see it in person. My dealer had Z4's which had the color...

I like the montego blue. Its slightly lighter than LeMans blue. Closer to Indi blue in Cooper S. Check the color in person. The car looks great in this color.

Very close to LeMans Blue, which is quite possibly my favorite BMW color... next to Alpine of course

And for all those saying Black/Imola, Alpine/Imola is sooooo much better
