Exactly. Coming in 2010/11. Power will come from V10 or V12 pumpimg 700+hp.
When the current Z4 is discontinued, it will be replaced by Z6 so there is more difference with Z2.

The new Z9 should be packed with engineering highlights, including some world firsts.Everything is 'active' in the provisional list of goodies, from active steering to active springs and dampers, and active roll compensation (not to be confused with Dynamic Drive, which uses switchable anti-roll bars). There's active g-force distribution on the rear suspension, active cruise control & stop (ACC), even adaptive air cooling and adaptive aerodynamics.

The retractable hardtop could have variochromatic glass which can transform from near-dark to near-translucent, just like in the Ferrari Superamerica. Also under consideration are a power-operated wind deflector and an advanced version of the ‘Airscarf’ neck warmer, pioneered by the Mercedes SLK.
