BMW 335i - Page 5

I test drove a 335i sedan and the only similarity between that and my 2003 330xi was that the steering wheel in front of me said BMW on it! The E90's improvements over my E46 were night and day anyway, but when I felt that engine..

I didn't even get a chance to use the power.. My test drive was in rush hour traffic and I never went above 60mph.. But you could tell the power that it had. Go for the 335i. Even if you don't enjoy the power, it still has more standard features than the 328i.

And CJ your dealers nuts, my dealer could have my ordered car by April 5th

One of my colleagues has been car shopping for a week; he had his sights dead set on a Lexus GS430 although he's driven nothing but small 2 door coupes for the past 20 years, his last car being a '97 Lexus SC300. That quickly changed last Monday evening when I took him to the BMW dealer and had him drive a 335i sedan. We took it out on the freeway. The salesman who is good friend encouraged him to stomp on it, so he did.

Bottomline - The dealer is doing a inter-dealer search on a 335i coupe to his specs. If they can't find a coupe, then he'll buy the 335i sedan. Mark one up for BMW.

i bought mine for $45000 invoice was $47000 payment is 680 a month. $7000 down. I bought mine because i know im going to be messing around with the turbos. im hoping to be around 500 HP. its a fun car to drive

I could have it sooner. The only limiting factor there is my dear mother, who wants it to be right after finals week ends.

Oh well, all the more incentive to get it over with and do well.
