The terms of the lease are generally set by BMW and do not change dealer to dealer.

The lease is based upon the following factors:

1) Selling price or capitalized cost

2) Money factor (multiple by 24 to convert to an interest rate)

3)Term of lease

5) Residual which changes based upon mileage. The residual is a percentage of the list/sticker price of the car.


The key factor that is subject to change is the selling price, therefore it is better to just shop selling price.
