You can always run a key across the seat. If it scratches its leather.

I can't tell in your pics, but here is a helpful tip
If your vehicle includes these features, it has leather ZPP Contents 2004-2005 -Universal Garage Door Opener -Automatically Dimming outside and rear-view mirrors -Ambient Lighting -Poplar Grain Wood Trim (2005 standard) -Lumbar Support (2005 Standard) Your vehicle has lumbar support but if you have a Build MY 2005 you have that included at no extra cost

Looks like it has the premium package, so it probably does have leather.

If it has a fold at the stiching/seams (rather than just a stich line), it's real leather.... but sometimes it's hard to tell on sport seats....
