Lost keys for e46 w reg

Hi all
I hope that some one out there can help.
My nephew has spent the past two day looking for his one and only key to his car. Obviously he still cannot find it. does anyone know how to get a replacement cut before tomorrow, or a way into the car without to much damage.
His car is stuck on a yellow line and he is in fear of the car being towed away. even if some one has a replace ment steering lock and key will hel. thanks I live in croydon just outside of London uk

If you must get into the vehicle, break the smallest window possible, although that will set the alarm off and you still can't start the car without the key and immobilser.

BMW offers replacement keys from their dealerships. Takes a few weeks and about $175/key.

Dont you have locksmiths in the UK..? (especially London..)
I've got to believe that if you call the closest BMW dealer and tell them your problem they will probably:
a) recommend a tow service (I dont know what a yellow line is, but if he gets towed by the city, it will cost more and they will likely damage the car)
b) recommend a locksmith who has experience with BMWs
c) Order the blank you need (if they dont have one in stock)

There is other simple answer.. Except to give him a slap on the head for getting down to ONE key..(it came with 3)

Good luck in any case..
