Will the 750i REALLY do 28.5 combined MPG? Is that US spec?

Imperial. US EPA ratings not available yet.
Will be similar to V8 from X6.

Does that mean 13 US mpg urban and 18mpg highway?

Then again, fuel consumption is not important for those being driven in the new 7.

No, it will do 24.8 You are reading the 740 (3.0tt) line.

Why would BMW quote US gallons in a European release?

The 750 at 24.8 mpg is doing 20.7 miles per US gallon.
The 740 at 28.5 mpg is doing 23.8 miles per US gallon.

Incidentally, that 750 fuel consumption figure (combined city/hwy) is pretty much what my 535 is doing, 11.5 litres/100 km. Good results for a V8.

After look at these pics almost everyday, ill take a white one with long wheelbase. with black or a dark color interior. with all the bells and whisles. im not sure what rims though. dont like the choice rims ive seen so far.

You know I took a good look at the S550 in white and it really look dated compare to the new 7. its probably one of those tricks your mind play 9on you.
