Mini owners: mp3 display question

I was asked a question about the mp3 title/artist display on the current Mini Cooper. He saw that I was able to display that info on the 3er. However, he can only display either artist/album, or title/album, and was wondering if he can get his headunit display to look like mine.

I've been in the Mini only 2 times at auto shows, so I really don't know the answer. I know that it shares similar controls to the 3er, but can't give a definitive answer. So can the Mini owners advise me on this?
