That's a hardtop with a softtop stitched on to fool us...
Look at the rear window. 1. They're trying to fool us with a black plastic covering giving the illusion of a smaller window (which would = softtop). 2. Look at the seams the rear window makes with the soft-top. Much too smooth to be a soft-top.
