You would expect a car like this new M5 to have a torque vectoring system on the rear axel. Maybe during this test run, they had the computers do something strange just to see what happens.

I agree it can't be a good thing to be boiling off the tread on the inside rear tire in a sharp, fast right hand turn! My old Buick Regal turbo would waste so much time spinning the inside wheel.

I would guess it to have a torque directing rear axle like the X6/X_M vehicles as well...

When have they ever had an M7...? I think you may mean Alpina 7, but in either case the M5/6 was faster and lighter.
