X5M MSRP or Less?

Guys,

I am thinking of ordering the X5M.....what are the prices that dealers are quoting for the X5M? Are they generally going for MSRP or for less? If less then how much less can be expected? The MSRP on the one that I want to build is around $97K per BMW's website.

Any info would be appreciated....I am planning to go to my dealer next week.

I got mine for 4K off MSRP, it was pretty tough though. 2K is what most dealers would give.

They had 2 allocations and people who were paying MSRP when I ordered mine.

If you have a number of dealers within striking distance, it will help.

+1. Went to my dealer here in Denver this weekend and they have 2 (1 X5 and 1 X6) in stock and desperate to sell. The manager said I could have the X5 for $1K over invoice. Not bad, but it still would mean another $40K for me on top of my 2008 X5 4.8i . I will pass at this point.

What are the specs on the X5M in Denver? Still aren't any around here in Seattle. With the shipping delays dealer still doesn't know when they will see one.
