X5 window replacement issue.

My X5M was damaged by the dealer prior to delivery. The driver's side back window over the cargo area had a chunk of rubber torn out of the seal. The entire window had to be replaced as it is one part. The part delivered from BMW was different as it had the radio antenna in it - not the US spec window. This seems to be the TV antenna for non-US X5's. The dealer is saying this is the ONLY window now produced - I think this is BS. This is a 2010 that I Judy bought and came without the antenna. I have yet to see a US X5 with this antenna in the side rear cargo area windows. I find it hard to believe that BMW is now installing a useless antenna on all US X5's. Anyone have this antenna - in the US? Is there a specific part number with and without it? I appreciate any feedback.
