You 5 looks good. I just installed the kit as well, it is a stiff ride but I have not bottomed out yet. My wife has not really given me he final verdict. time will tell.

Thanks for the pics.

My wife was in the X5 for the first time after I lowered it. I was not even out of my neighborhood when my wife looked at me and said "You ruined your car again, didn't you?" After a couple of seconds of stammering, I admitted to the new springs.
I really love the look of the lowered X5M. But I am thinking that I am going to have to put the old springs back on. I didn't go with a different exhaust because I put customers in my car. Not sure if the lowered springs are any better than the exhaust.
The handling has changed as well. The car/truck becomes very unsettled when you hit any king of bump mid-corner. I was taking an off ramp by my house at high speed. It is a fairly open ramp so you can keep the speed up. In the middle of the corner there is a bump. Never been a problem in the past. This time the car had a huge wiggle and became significantly unsettled.
Looks like I will go back to the old springs. Bummed that it did not work out.

LOL! This is EXACTLY what happened to me. EXACTLY! Hahahahaha! My car lasted 3 days with the lowered look. It looked amazing and handled smooth corners as good as my M(OK...maybe that's pushing it), but hitting a bump or pothole was brutal. The thud the car makes is just not right.

Welcome back to OEM life! Hahahahaha!
