Smile X6M Brake squeal Solved!!!

The horrible noise is gone. New pads and rotors plus Noise Free from Bavauto did the trick.

Is it possible it provide the part numbers for the rotors and pads you had installed?

I don't want to be the cautious one, but I'm planning on hearing it to believe it after 1000 miles and in very cold temps (< 5 degrees).

FWIW, my forward squeal has basically gone away - in temps from 35 down to 5 below.

I will get the part numbers for you; I know they are the same OEM that came with the vehicle. I have about 600 miles on them and the weather has been in the teens with some snow. I believe the Noise Free from Bavauto has also helped.

Update on Brake noise

1000 miles and squeal is gone. Temperatures have ranged from 10 degrees to 45 since new pads, rotors, bavauto break noise product. This X6M had sounded like a train in both reverse and forward since delivery.

Glad you're having good luck with 'the fix'.

I'd like to know if someone in sub zero temps has the same outcome before I take mine in.

Any update on brake squel fix yet? I have 4900 miles and still very prominent in reverse. Does someone who may have had a fix have replacement part numbers I can show my dealer?
