Want to change my X5M wheels

I want a set of 20 inch wheels that looks like Rays TE37 or Rays VR-G2 .
I found that VR-G2 comes in the following size:
Front: 20x10 +35 120x5 φ72.6HC
Rear: 20x11 +35 120x5 φ72.6HC
RAYS CO., LTD.

So is that mean these wheels will fit X5M ? and what about the weight of the car? it's really heavy
