I ran "The repair may take up to four hours." through Babelfish and this is what came up:
"While the repair probably only takes 15 minutes, the tech will spend two hours making a complete mess of the job and the owner should expect sloppy work at best; in addition the dealer will bill for 4 hours, approximately $2000 in parts and labor and the car will be returned to the owner in 3 days."
