Volume of premium radio
I have a 2011 X5M with the premium audio option. Every time I start the car, the radio volume is diminished to the point that the radio is not audible and it has to be adjusted to increase the volume. This happens no matter how loud I have the radio turned up before I turn the car off. Is this normal? Thanks in advance for your input.

That is very strange. My only guess is that there may be a convenience setting that's programmed with the key?
