Dyno'd my X5m before putting on Eisenmann Race

510 WHP is very high , as i got 511 WHP after the chip and exhaust upgrade !!


And in additional i have changed the head of exhaust to hamann which i believe reduced the WHP.

Head of exhaust as in pre-turbo/manifolds? If so then you likely did lower WHP. BMW actually has a lot of research and development in the headers to get the max out of it. And the downpipe diameter/flow-rate has a lot to do with spool time/lag. I'd likely just stick with a muffler change till I saw a company had done the proper R&D and had dyno graphs to prove it.

i totally agree with you i feel i lost some power even tho the BMW guy told me its better performance now but i dont believe him.

BTW I Installed the HAMANN SPORT REAR MUFFLER 4 TAILPIPES , to be honest the sound is much better than before.

If as you said a test is done to see the changes in HP power before and after installing the exhaust, my older muffler is available

X5M and X6M exhausts are different, right? I figure the difference is in the tip allocation, anyone got eisenmann X5M part No.? Also, do you think Eisenmann backbox will fit SS x-pipe?

511HP going through an automatic and awd???

factory HP numbers are not ever Wheel HP and there has to be losses in drivetrain, quite a bit with an AWD vehicle. On typical RWD vehicles, the average loss is 15-20%. it should be higher with AWD

using just a 15% correction, your truck makes 587hp?????

If you are telling me your truck is stock, then

If it already has a tune, then your track performance is way off
