Good deal for X5 M?

Hey all, found a 2010 X5 M with just over 10K miles. Reportedly a BMW executive Demo, never been titled. Put in service 6/09 so warranty good will 6/13.

Any thoughts? I can't actually drive the M since it is 900 miles away...
