X5m ??? running boards ??????

I want to purchase a X5m but must have running boards. Anybody have a solution Thanks

The side skirts on the M do have a foot tread on the top. My kids use them and seem to be doing ok with that though they aren't nearly as wide as the traditional E70 running board. Which you can't install becasue of the side skirts and rear fender flares.

Running boards aren't installed with the side skirts on. Its a replacement. As far as the fender flares, I've seen an X5 Msport that has running boards installed which uses the same parts, so I don't see why you can't retrofit them on your car.

Might even help deflect rocks from hitting the rear fenders.
